Fulfillment & Production

All items are made to order and fulfilled through a third-party production partner.

Production times vary by product and typically range from 2–7 business days before shipment.

Production time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Seasonal volume

  • Customs processing (international orders)

Once an order is shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.


Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect address are not eligible for refund. Reshipping fees will apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Wanderin’ Bite Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
