Made-to-Order Products

All products are made to order through our third-party fulfillment partner (Printify). Because items are custom produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of packaging

  • Photo of shipping label

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds may be issued only if replacement is not possible.


Shipping Issues

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control.


Returns Address

Do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

All return requests must be approved prior to shipment.


Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to deny claims that show signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or fraudulent activity.

Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with delivery confirmation and claim documentation.
